I mean it’s not a full proof plan, but once you start to understand what you eating or drinking it starts to help you with weight loss. It’s also just a great to help you stay healthy. The problem here is that these are simple carbohydrates and most of it is just sugar which in mass amounts just helps you to add on fat or makes weight loss very hard.
