Workout Meals
Almost everyone wants a good looking and fit muscular body. Nutrition plays a very important role in that. A balanced with a good nutritional value is significant along with the workout to achieve fitness goals.

In this video, I have shared my full day meals which have helped me to achieve the right physique and build muscles.

With this kind of Full Day Diet, you will get a proper amount of Micro and Macro nutrients which is essential for muscle growth. So watch this video till the end to know what you can eat in breakfast, lunch and dinner to gain muscles.

Vegetable Recipe-

500 gm chopped bottle gourd
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped tomatoes
4 green chilies
salt (as per taste)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 cup water


Add coconut oil in a pressure cooker and heat it for 30 seconds. Add cumin seeds till they become dark brown. After that add chopped onions and roast them till they become golden brown. Once onions are cooked, add tomatoes, green chilies, salt, turmeric powder, and coriander powder. Keep the heat low, let it cook for 5-7 minutes and keep stirring. Once the tomatoes are cooked, add bottle gourd and water. Cover the cooker with lid and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles. Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid and your vegetable is ready to eat.
